I have been a loyal customer of your brand for more than eight years and have consistently supported your products. If you review my purchase history, you’ll see that about a year and a half ago I stopped purchasing because the cooling sensation from the mint and eucalyptus was no longer present in the pads as it had been previously. When I recently visited your website and learned that the company was going out of business, I was genuinely saddened to see the brand closing. At the same time, I was excited to see that the cooling pads were back in stock, so I ordered a bundle, hoping to enjoy the product I had loved for so many years. Unfortunately, after receiving my order, I discovered that the pads still do not contain the cooling mint and eucalyptus sensation that originally made me a loyal customer. The product I received does not match the experience or quality that I expected based on its description. As a long-standing customer, I feel misled and deeply disappointed. It appears that the remaining inventory was sold despite not meeting the quality customers had come to expect. That is extremely frustrating, especially for those of us who faithfully supported your brand for years. I am highly dissatisfied with this purchase and would appreciate an explanation as to why the product no longer provides the cooling sensation it is advertised and known for. I love this brand but I wish this liner were a bit stickier for the adhesive because they tend to move out of place quite often or even fold up. I also hope to see these in a thong shape. Thanks!

I chose this product because it's made with 100% cotton and hebal infused. However the quality and the amount of herbal Infusion has significantly declined. When I first stated using the products it was wonderful, definitely can feel the cooling and herbal Infusion. But now ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It's as if there is no herbal essential oils in the pads at all. Very disappointing, and unethical when companys change the structure of their products to give you less for profitability.
